All products go through a rigorous selection process to ensure favorable quality, however we are not particularly qualified on determining the authenticity of items. Generally, items are acquired second hand, so it is hard for us to determine what is authentic or not. We strive to provide detailed photographs so that you can help determine the quality of each item. If you would like more photographs, or have any questions, please contact us with a request.
Generally, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. However, under certain circumstances we may issue a refund or exchange. We strive to make our customers happy, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase do not hesitate to contact us.
